Check this out! I found some very candid photos taken of Bones star Emily Deschanel as she arrived at the baby shower for friend and fellow actress Amy Adams this week. It looks like she isn’t even aware that the photos were taken!
First of all, congratulations are in order. Bones won a Genesis Award this year for the episode centering on the chicken farm and the conditions for the animals there. The Genesis Awards honor shows, movies and people who bring awareness to animal issues. I had a feeling they would win with that episode. It was a great one!
And of course, Emily Deschanel, who is very involved in animal rights organizations, was there to accept the award. Here are some photos of her looking absolutely stunning:
On Friday, Bones stars Michaela Conlin & John Francis Daley attended an American Idol taping. They look like they enjoyed themselves and I love Michalea’s dress!

Last night was a very important night in the lives of the Deschanel family. Bones star Emily Deschanel and her sister Zooey Deschanel were both there to help celebrate their father’s lifetime achievement award at the American Society of Cinematographers 24th Annual Outstanding Achievement Awards, held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.
The entire family was there and here are some wonderful photos of them all at the event. Their father is Oscar nominated cinematographer Caleb Deschanel and their mother is actress Mary Jo Deschanel. They all look very proud!
This is such a cool thing! I found this photo of the male interns for Bones, all together at the recent press tour. I have no idea why Carla Gallo who plays Daisy isn’t with them, but these are only the guys. From left to right they are Ryan Cartwright, Michael Terry, Pej Vahdat, Eugene Byrd & Joel David Moore.
